Lee Mead, the winner of the reality tv show "Any Dream will Do" is going to be the new Fiyero in "Wicked" beginning May 10. I'm intrested to see how he plays the role. He's the second reality tv star to play this role after Rob Mills, who's currently doing the Sydney production. I think hemight good. What do you all think?

I think he's a wonderful talent and a great fit for the part, though you're probably not going to find a huge amount of people around here who have heard of him. I'm also thrilled he and Denise Van Outen got married. I think they make a cute couple.

To me Fiyero has always been a sh*t part, but it's a good, high-profile gig, so it always gets people overqualified to play the role. That says, I saw Lee in Joseph and thought he was great, so I'm sure he'll be fine in the role. (And since he did get Denise knocked up, I'm sure he does need a steady paycheck.)

beautywickedlover: many have tried to cross-polinate BWW believing theatre to be a medium that can overcome prejudice, open minds and stimulate genuine debate in an environment where the soul can partake of new experience.

All have failed.
