I overheard this woman talking and she said she going to New York City because she was accepted to be on the Legally Blonde Reality TV show that will air on MTV in the spring. Her name is Kathleen Murphy, when the show comes on I'm going to vote for her.
Just because I got the lead doesn't mean you can't be my understudy!:)

Now all I see are cute boys with short haircuts in a maze of their own...

Was it said that the ppublic won't be doing ANY voting or just not the final decisions.
Perhaps once it GETS to the 10 finalists, the public no longer has a say.
I'm just suggesting.
BTW: Why would you vote for someone just because you met them on the train? Maybe she good enough AND right for the part, but until you actually see her act and sing, how can you determine her to BE vote-worthy?
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Katie (she went by Katie when I knew her) Murphy is a great actress and singer. :)
She did make it into the top 50 for this show, but did not make it into the top 10. As far as I know, she is back home in Northern Virginia.
I happened to be looking for something else and found this thread, so I decided to respond. I hope that is okay.

My schools choreographer was in the final callbacks for auditions for the show, but she didn't make it.
It's still really cool though.

Yes but if they did that then we would get a Miley Cyrus Elle instead of a Becky Gulsvig Elle. Teeny Bopper fans would vote for the Miley Cyrus.

Posted: 5/25/08 at 3:48pmAm I the only one honestly questioning the show's life after the summer once this whole reality casting gig blows over? The show's having a difficult time now as it is sustaining business on a weekly basis.
...And so, there I was at the stage door for "Equus". The enthused avalanche of "Harry Potter" fans was literally pushing me into the barricades. As I was thrust face-first into Daniel Radcliffe's hat, I suddenly felt the thumb of a lanky gentleman behind me pressing firmly into my back. It was then that I realized that both of his hands had Playbills, and that both arms were outstretched in front of me...
