Seat AA 108. (I hate being dead center.)

Only Chad was out! ::insert sad face:: His understudy was Darin Murphy. He looked much more like John Lennon than Chad does. He was very good too! Marcy gets SO into "Woman is the n* of the World". She's fabulous. Everyone was really great. I have to say, I really like this show because there's a lot of audience participation and it's very punctual (is that an appropriate word to use?) for the world that we live in right now. "Give Peace a Chance", yeah. The audience was SO into it during that song and "Power to the People". It was fabulous. I don't know, I can't review much more in detail. Darin was great, it was his 8th performance. Chuck was even more on than the last time I saw the show.

The three white screens upstage that stuff is projected up onto during the show was BADLY malfunctioning. One two of them were working in the second act, and then I guess they tried to restart the computer that it's all done on, and they forgot to turn off the projectors, and you saw the 'windows is shutting down..' thing up.

And there are definitely LennonHeads now, I was sitting next to some of them, who were commenting on the fact that one of the casts' JEANS had changed from the last time they saw the show. Um... okay?

best. show. EVER.

mandy was SO unbelievable.
terry had some lines dropped early in Act I, but also picked up a few... and i felt like he sang more. i ADORE his "give peace a chance".
the whole CAST is unbelievable.
except i have yet to see anything stand out about julia =

AA103. Terry and i made lots of eye contact and he even acknowledged me at one point (*squee*) and was practically in my LAP during curtain calls. i absolutely love that mann (sorry i couldn't escape the pun!)

haha, the cast actually dubbed the return-again fans "Lennonites", officially :) Julia actually named us (the few there were) back in San Fran.

I'm soooooo happy that you loved the show MULTIPLE times! It's ridiculously good, I just love it (I say that a lot... ahaha, I guess I can't say it enough!) -- Too bad about Chad being out again, but I'm glad Darin is makin' his mark onstage finally.

I saw the Sunday matinee, too! And I LOVED it! Consider me a Lennonite because I am going back next week! I am a HUGE Terry Mann fan and I just Love Mandy Gonzalez so I was sold from the beginning. It was so moving and funny and beautiful. Yoko Ono was there as well.

I don't know how to insert a picture into a post but I took a pic with Terry. I'll try to figure it out. :)

By the way, he confirmed that the show asked him to dye his hair to make him blend in more with the rest of the cast.
