well, fanny brice, I think she went to CCM and heard that her and Shoshana were always up for the same stuff.
I saw her on the Urinetown tour doing Little Becky..crazy funny.
Godspell, even in hairspray when she humps Link's leg is one of the funniest damn things in that show.
The girl has talent oozing from her head to her toe-jam feet.
This is someone who should be wearing green paint, and getting opening applause when she walks out on stage. GIVE THE GIRL A CHANCE, TELSEY! Cause you know the girl be going in for it. Telsey casts Hairspray..they know where she is..call her up. let her defy gravity for a 6 months.

Kudos to Kritzer, she is an amazing talent, and me thinks when she and several other cast members leave "Hairspray" it will really be a sad day, they work really well together. I also had the opportunity to see her as Rizzo in PaperMills "Grease" with Jennifer Hope Wills, Andy Karl,John Jeffrey Martin, Justin Bohon, Jordan Ballard, Sarah Stiles and maybe a couple of others?? She is a VERY funny young lady, with an amazing voice and it is time for her to shine in her OWN role!
I know it's very short but I love her on Godspell. She sounds great! And I didn't know she had joined Hairspray so when I went she was playing the Jackie Hoffman roles and I was like "OMG, that's Leslie Kritzer!" She was soooo funny in those roles then I went on to see her as Shelly twice. She's very talented, I hope she gets her chance to shine!
When Urinetown toured through Cincinnati in Fall of 03, I saw the show 3 times and Leslie was one of the reasons. The whole cast was incredible but I remember her performance being one of the stand outs of the show. A few of us got to meet her backstage after one of the shows and she (along with the rest of the cast) were amazingly sweet. A friend and I caught Urintown again in March of 04 in Louisville as it's tour was coming to a close and got to catch one of Leslie's last performances in the show before she went to New York to start working on Hairpsray. She's simply delightful.

I saw her in Hairspray as Shelly and I was amazed by her and totally thought she was the best singer in the show. During intermission, just when I was about to talk about how great I thought she was, my sister took the words from my mouth and said,"that girl in the green is the best singer in the show". It was so cool, nobody else on the trip remembered her little solo. The only problem is I think she was one of the rude, bitchy people at the stage door. That pisses me off.
if she seemed rude or bitchy at the stage door you might have caught her on a bad night. She's an absolute doll... i've had the pleasure of running into her on the street several times and she's wonderful, kind and an absolute sweetheart.
I've only seen Leslie in Urinetown (once out of three times, after she replaced the original Nat'l tour Becky Two Shoes), but she was HYSTERICAL.

i am so glad that people realize her insane amount of talent. I think she would be great in the trailer park musical. saw it at the NYMF last year, and thought that it is a show that would be perfect for her..
what am I saying. this girl is so versitile that she could probably do any show on bway.
