I saw this horrible mess in San Francisco and Allison was the standout. Everyone else was a mess and confused about what was going on.
I talked to Drew and his wife after the show and they were both very nice.
Sadly, they were spending Christmas Eve at a SF diner instead of at home.

As this happened four years (WOW!), I don't remember which diner bu it was the one on the same block as the Curan. I've been in San Francisco for two years and I haven't been by there since I saw Lestat.
I remember that they didn't serve biscuits and gravy and I wanted to shoot someone. What diner doesn't serve biscuits and gravy?

I thought this was some April Fool's joke; but I saw the last response was 1/3, so I thought maybe the thread was started on 1/3...so I was like o.O
It's a toss-up between Allison and Drew; while Allison's singing was incredible, Drew's acting AND singing were incredible. Allison and Drew were kind of like the Linzi and Betty of the show, they were what everyone wanted to watch, while Hugh Panaro was kind of drull. Out of the many mistakes they made (besides hiring Linda Woolverton) was that Drew should've been Lestat all along.
I do feel like Lestat really should get SOME sort of treatment. It's ridiculously unfair. I mean, even just a reading? I've always thought Menderbaum would be all over it and write a sequel to Not Since Carrie and title it Not Since Lestat? I dunno.
Last comment- whoever said it was a mess in San Francisco is wrong. I will fight to the death on that.
Edit: We all knew it was coming that I was going to reply on this thread. So I'm already sending out invitations to my funeral, as I will very shortly by ripped apart. But at least I didn't write a really lengthy rant.
