I'd like to see Lion King next month, and I know the orchestra seats are about $140.00 each (which is a little much for me as I'll be buying 3 tickets). How is the mezzanine at the Minskoff? The only time I saw Lion King was at the New Amsterdam so I'm not familiar with the Minskoff theatre.
I know there are no discounts for Lion King but are there any tips I should know before getting tickets?
Thanks!
I saw it from Row A of the Mezzanine at The Minskoff. Those seats were great. I prefer Mezzanine for a big spectacle show like LION KING anyway.

Thanks for the info! I'm actually wondering if the last few rows of the Mezzanine would be OK at this point since they are about $90.00 - I'm not a big fan of being really high up and worry that I would be uncomfortable looking down all night.

Last time I saw the show I sat in the back row of the Mez with those $90.00 tickets. I am a huge fan of the show but I felt rather distant back there, it does seem very far back, although you can take in everything, from back there you don;t really see the costume details and spend too much time looking at an empty stage (even the interesting texture pattern on the stage gets somewhat lost back there and it just looks brown)
