It was a beautiful speech and I'm so happy for her. I've admired her work since she was a part of a theater group called the Five Lesbian Brothers.

Kron is a marvelous artist. I've only seen her perform once, in Good Person of Szechwan, where she very nearly stole the show from Taylor Mac in her few scenes.

I think her play "Well" is also a masterpiece, like up there with "The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe".

Her speech received thunderous and enthusiastic applause. Very moving.
