....as per the NY Times:
"Also making Broadway plans is "The Little Dog Laughed," a critical darling by the playwright Douglas Carter Beane. Carole Rothman, the artistic director of Second Stage, the Off Broadway theater where the play closed on Feb. 26, announced that the play would transfer next season, with help from the producer Roy Gabay. No dates or theater were announced, but Julie White will reprise her role as a tough talent agent protecting her gay movie-star client."

Wow, this is great news. Good for them!
YAY! Sooo excited.
This is excellent news! One of the funniest plays I've seen in years. You can pretty much start engraving Julie White's Tony now.

I was looking forward to seeing Neal Huff back on Broadway, but I'd never say no to hottie Tom Everett Scott. Very much excited about this.

Sweet. As sad as it sounds, I've never seen a straight play on Broadway, so hopefully I can finally see this.
I loved this show when I saw it at Second Stage. I'm glad they ditched Neal Huff; I found him terribly miscast. According to the Tom Everett Scott announcement article on Playbill, they're still looking for a replacement for Zoe Lister-Jones.

I think she'll be better than Zoe Lister-Jones was. She didn't work for me at all.
Ari Graynor was absolutely hysterical in Dog Sees God. She made me laughed until I cried. Literally. And that hardly ever happens. So I'm very excited to see her on Broadway!
