The warm weather had me thinking about the excellent programming at Little Island the past few summers and I realize we haven’t heard a thing about it. Usually they start performances around now. Has this been cut?

Little Island has been having a lot of behind-the-scenes issues that they've managed to keep out of the press. They rescinded all the offers to artists that had been made for this season. They're just going to be doing one-off things instead of full seasonal programming

Ah, thanks for the update Kad. Upsetting. For such inexpensive summer programming, it took some big artistic risks and almost had a downtown town feel to it. Hope their one-offs are successful enough that they can bring it back next year in some capacity.
