I remember seeing Sarah Litzsinger as Bell in Beauty and the Beast and thinking she loooked and sounded exactly like an Ariel in The Little Mermaid, and I thought she would be perfect.

I just really love the tone of her voice-that song was the first time I'd heard her.

Ariel- Jenn Gamby (couldn't spell her last name, lol), Kerry Butler, I think Sutton Foster is a bit old but I would love to hear her sing some of the songs
Prince Eric- Chenneye Jackson, Gavin Creel
Flounder- a previous CHip from BATB or Gavroche from Les Mis
Sebastian- Gary Beach, Wayne Brady
Ursula- Harvey Fierstein (I think he is a shoo-in for Ursula if this comes to Bway. He's got the voice for it)
Beautiful Ursula- Darcie Roberts, Sherie Rene Scott
