Live TV Musicals Making a Comeback?

In a recent Variety article that dug into how NBC revived live TV musicals in the 2010s, Bob Greenblatt revealed quite a tidbit. He said “At this very moment, I’m talking to NBC and ABC about producing a brand new live musical. Long may they live!”

I have a feeling something like Little Shop, Guys & Dolls, or even Holiday Inn sound like they would be up that alley if he's talking to ABC and NBC. I'm trying to think of what shows those networks own or what is ABC family-friendly or not too edgy, etc. Bring It On? At this point, honoring Dolly with a 9 to 5: The Musical Live would be a lovely tribute if they cast it well.
