Last night ( Or this morning).. Liza began her sold out two month Australia tour at the Sydney Opera house. Here is her 4th encore. Singing a Peter Allen song ( lives of me ) and wearing a Chet Baker T shirt. Enjoy.

Posted: 10/17/09 at 8:02pmAm going to the Adelaide show on Friday night and that still has tickets for sale, or at the very least they are advertising that they are still on sale.

Posted: 10/17/09 at 8:38pmFrom what I understand.. the original dates and venues are sold out. The other places that were added on still have tickets. How big are these venues by the way?

The seats behind the stage are usually for choir at the SOH concert hall. I mean I guess she wants to sell them but still sucks to be them.
The seats are ridiculous it was like $300 for 'orchestra seats'.
If she was singing Sondheim I'd pay, but I'll wait for the Vegas DVD I think.

The entertainment centre (where her Adelaide show is)is quite big and it is where acts like Pink, Beyonce etc perform. It is bigger than the festival theatre (which is where Ms. Peters was filmed this year).
I hope that helps.

They had ones for up to $700 (if I remember correctly) but the general ones are about $100 plus booking fee.

Posted: 10/18/09 at 8:30amIn Sydney she was at the 2,200 seat Sydney Opera House Concert Hall. In Melbourne she is at the 14,000 seat Rod Laver Arena, I think the Adelaide Entertainment Centre seats around 10,000 seats.

Posted: 10/18/09 at 11:57amThe monitors unfortunately are pretty much standard practice these days. I can guarantee you she has no need for them. Some of those venues sound ridiculously big. The Vegas showroom she just played seated just under 700 people and it was perfect.
