I don't think one gets locked out of a thread. Mods can lock a silly thread to everyone so it disappears down into the archives of the site without further replies.

Sometimes only the intelligent posters are still allowed to post. That's why I posted that last one. Which is a wonderful conclusion.

These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
