Looking for Sunset Boulevard Magnet

Hello!

I had the pleasure of seeing Sunset Boulevard this past April. I am someone that buys a magnet from every show I see on Broadway, and this was no exception. I bought the magnet, and long story short, it fell out of my bag at some point. I foolishly put off buying another one, and eventually they sold out.

I've been checking eBay and such nearly once a week to find one, but no luck. I thought I'd try posting here to see if anyone had an extra by some miracle. It's the one magnet I don't have on my fridge!

I'm willing to pay more than you paid for it, within reason :)

Thank you!

Did the magnet indicate that it was from the recent Broadway run? If not, maybe it's the same for the U.K. touring production; you could contact them via social media.

I saw the show late in the run. (Actually we were at the only performance Glenn Close missed and saw Nancy Anderson instead...but that's beside the point.) They were already sold out at that point, but they insisted the magnet was the same as the keychain. So we bought the keychain and glued a strip of magnet to the back of it. Looks great in our collection.

Theatre Circle next to the St. James Theatre or it’s sister store One Shubert Alley (between the Shubert Theatre & the Booth Theatre).

You can call them both. It’ll save you the time going to each store.

Wasn’t Nancy great? So unexpected. I think that was Mother’s Day?

Sorry don’t have the magnet. Have tons of stuff from the original production. Huge Sunset fan. I do have a lot of stuff from the original production including pieces of Norma mansion set. I know I have extra playbills from broadway (Glenn, Betty, Elaine - a bunch of Karen or Maureen as Norma slips. Only have one Susan dawn norma slip which I cant part with. Have a bunch of London/ Germany/ first us tour stuff too if you’re interested.

One Shubert Alley all the way- every trip to Theatre Circle, for me, has involved an extremely rude staff member.

I believe both locations are owned (or at least managed) by the same guy, which is ironic because the employees at the small shop in Shubert Alley are indeed generally nicer than those you encounter in the larger place on 44th. The owner/manager guy is usually in the one on 44th and he is a major douchebag; a nasty, b*tchy old queen.

Yes, One Shubert Alley (on Shubert Alley) and Theatre Circle (on W. 44th Street) are both owned by the same owner. Theatre Circle is a much larger space so their inventory is larger. They are able to carry items from older shows.

I have one from the original. Don't know what I paid but do know it's heavy and to mail it from Canada would be costly. That's if you're even interested of course!
