I think they're easier to win in general (not easier to enter of course, ha). I've won the Telecharge and LuckySeat lotteries several times in the winter months (though I've never won a TodayTix lottery in hundreds of tries).

Def easier to win Rush and Lottery in Jan and early Feb versus more popular months. I've seen most of my shows in these months thanks to the lottery hit rates.... my all-time fav is that I saw in one week in late Jan I won $10 Hamilton seats twice in the same week (2 tickets each time), Harry Potter (it was the 2 part show then), and Aladdin.
