Lottos: How were they affected by the MTA strike?

Posted: 12/21/05 at 8:51amI've heard that Wicked lotto had a lot of people yesterday; any other reports on other shows? DRS? Hairspray? Bee? Avenue Q? How about rush/SRO tickets such as Jersey Boys, Spamalot and Color Purple?

It wasn't, according to the listings:

It appears that every show besides Spamalot, The Lion King, Jersey Boys, and Wicked were there, however.

Posted: 12/21/05 at 12:36pmI highly doubt Spamalot would have had enough cancellations to warrant it going onto TKTS.

I don't think that the strike will effect theater next week or this weekend.
I went to pick up tickets for The Producers and I got the last two for Wednesday afternoon. I've heard other shows are sold out.

There were maybe 20-30 people at Spelling Bee lotto yesterday, my friend and I both won! Woo! Tonight I went by DRS to see what lotto looked like and there were maybe 10-15 people there, and as I walked by Rent, there were 30-50 people there maybe.
There was a cancellation line at Spamalot though.
