That was supposed to be formally announced 2 weeks ago. Webber has lost all interest in this now, the final nail in the coffin was no directors that he chose to pick up the show wanted to do it saying they couldn't find anyway to unlock it without really starting again.
Since then he simply just has lost interest.
Even Baz, a supporter and someone who has given this show huge promotion, has today said the show is unloved and the marketing campaign is awful. Which he is right in saying.
Latest I heard was the Webber is now in midst of being sued by Nederlanders as the investment by Nederlander to the show was based on the show coming to NYC which they held a theatre for...
This whole shambles of this poorly, poorly produced show must outline to Webber he is now out of his depth managing and producing shows that are new and not TV hit defined!?
