I wish I could make it back to NYC before the show closes for one more time, but it's not possible.
I hope Matt Saldivar is coming back for you die hards, and that you get to enjoy your favorite Sammy. I also hope you didn't mind Constantine stepping into the role for a bit. It was good for him and good for the show.
Hey, it got me to Broadway finally and I am coming back again to see Jacques Brel in January.

That's true, but a lot of people did like him BlueforBroadway. I'm going to try my best to be objective about it on Saturday and then I'll let you all know what I think, along with a regular review!

BlueforBroadway I did not mind him at all! I actually like him, haha surprised me for sure. Sure I had a couple of issues, but I have a couple little things that I don't like the way they perform something with practically every actor in anything so it's completely normal. Not everyone is going to like every single thing somebody does. If I could change anything, it would just be his over the top fans which he has no control over so it's really not anything to do with him.
And YAY for you getting to Broadway! It's really a wonderful experience, whether it's once in a lifetime or a regular habit, and I'm glad you got the chance
Mistress I look forward to hearing what you think of him!

I liked Constantine towards the beginning of his run.
Now, he does every line the same way, he acts like Sammy is just completely stupid, and he hams it up for the audience, especially on nights when he knows he has lots of fans there because they scream. I don't like his delivery much anymore, everything is slower, has a lot of umm... type moments where he just pauses for ages, he just acts dumb.
Last night, one girl yelled out her love to him while Kevin was giving the BCEFA speech.

yea, i deff have to say that the insane constantine fans, the ones who SCREAM (and i mean SCREAM) out his name whenever hes on, it rediculous. its great to be excited for your fav performer, just with some of the constantine fans it gets out of hand.

See, that was one of the things that turned me off about Constantine being in the show. Although as a lot of people have said, the actions of his fans are not his fault. (The hamming it up for them is, but hopefully it's not too bad.)
Maybe the crowd will be a little more conscientious of others this weekend (instead of interrupting Kevin while he's talking) or at least I'm hoping so.

*is confused* How could David Eggers be covering his track if he's already in the show...then they'd be short one person. I think...maybe? Unless he covered for Joberg and then a swing was brought on to cover for David...but that doesn't really make a lot of sense.
