Great news. I saw it in La Jolla and had more fun in a theatre than I had had in a long time. Chad Kimbell (and the rest of the cast) were amazing!
I am so happy for them....One of my close friends, and old dance partners has been in it since La Jolla. I saw it there,....and had a great time. Chad and Montego are amazing. I wish them nothing but the best!....Love ya, Jill....

. . . without ever having been seen in Memphis! Sad, isn't it? There's another juke box musical out there "Million Dollar Quartet" that is set in Memphis and is about the night Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, and Carl Perkins met and jammed at Sun Studios. It can be seen in Chicago at the Apollo Theatre and has been reviewed by Charles Isherwood. See Levi Kreis' web page. Anyway - has it ever been produced in Memphis? No. Woe is me! Please, producers. Can we have a tip of the hat to the city who bore you?

Sounds good! Always room for an original musical! And Chad Kimball back in the musical theater world!
And it looks great too...

Very happy for an original musical! Hope this one lives up to the hype!
It looks wonderful! Original musicals are always a cause for celebration these days.
And I always love seeing a Boston Conservatory alum making good.
This sounds very promising. I love classic Rock N Roll and R&B (and Blues Rock, but I doubt much of that'll be in here). The story sounds very very interesting. I'm really glad this is an original piece coming to B'way, because it would've been so much easier for the creators to make a jukebox out of the premise.
I hope this finds a steady audience. Original musicals have been taking quite a beating.

Man, if this show is as great as everyone says it is (and as great as it looks by the pictures), then I'm going to have to say that it would be difficult for me to imagine this not being a success. I have a feeling the tourists are going to love it, it will actually have an audience! And from what it looks like by the pictures... this is a movie waiting to happen.
