Sutton Ross said: "Mads, in general you will never get a good seat on Broadway with what you are willing to pay. MJ is doing well in terms of weekly grosses and it's pretty rowdy. If you want a GOOD experience, you have to be willing to pay for the first or second row of the Orchestra or the first row of the Mezzanine. Any other seat is like being at a goddamn frat party where everyone gets white girl drunk.
It is what it is. Good luck."
Hahahaha thats fair! Thanks! I’ll report later.

Does ''MJ'' happens to appears on TKTS? Never looked in these last weeks to see it so. I don't want to pay more than $60 to see the show."
We saw MJ through TKTS back at the beginning of March. We paid around $80 per ticket and had amazing center orchestra seats.

I saw today with a SRO ticket worth of $35 and in this show, it was not a problem with great view.
I thought it was a good show, with flashbacks scenes really well placed to give the emotional pack that it deserves, so we could understand the main character struggle. Certainly a more cohesive book than most Jukebox/Biomusicals.
The choreography is sharp, extravagant and well done, and I think Wheedon knew how mix the aspects with real magic theater with the ones as if this is a show. I was so taken by “Bad”, “Smooth Criminal”, “They Dont Care About Us”, and then, of course, “Thriller”.
And well, Frost was in, he was superb. Mimetic in Michael’s moves and voice, fully giving us an instropect body when not performing, and when Music was on - BAM, hes a superstar.
I would say he deserves a Tony, but dont know of the Tonys will touch a production about Michael Jackson.
Also, loved that I asked an usher who would play Michael, and she said it was Myles, and the he was injuried before, but I was lucky to see him (“Theres something special with him doing this role”, she was right.

Has anyone been able to snag SRO lately?

Does anyone know if Myles Frost has been doing all 8 shows since the Tonys or if he has any upcoming absences? I'd love to see him if I can.
