Once it is finally released for amateur and school productions (probably after the tour ends), I suspect that Legally Blonde will be the most successful. It's really the perfect show for high schools- recognizeable title, lots of female roles, not too risque, catchy music. I could see LOTS of schools wanting to perform that title.

I would hope Sweeney Todd: School Edition, because despite the fact that it has probably been bastardized for high schools, it's still a masterwork.
I'm betting all the dumb dumb kids will want to do Spring Awakening though.

As much as it pains me to say so, I agree about 'Legally Blonde': logistically, it's the perfect high school show.

I thought Sweeneys been available for a while?

Oh and Legally Blonde actually will be great for high schools. None of the music is too hard and theres tons of parts for girls, and it doesnt need that many guys

If Legally Blonde was available I know that my school would pick it up instantly. We have so few male actors, 3 or 4 good ones at most, but a lot of great females.
