MTV VMA's go to the west side ( story that is)

Not sure if this has been posted. But MTV VMA's this year seems to have a west side story advertising theme this year. I likey.

I love all the West Side Story inspired things. Its so cool!
I must say the videos by Cobra Starship and Taylor Swift are more exciting than the current revival itself. I really like both videos.

It makes me wonder if the cast will make an appearance at the show being its in NYC and on a Sunday night..probably not but just throwing it out there.

Maybe they could do a little something at MTV Studios across the street, before the Sunday night performance.

Taylor Swift was Okay, but I reallly liked Cobra Starship with the appearance by Leighton Meester.

The Cobra Starship one was kind of cool, but Taylor Swift sounded AWFUL! Let's hope no one decides to put her in a Broadway show!

I want a full version of the Cobra Starship one to use as a pump up song. It sounds so kick @$$!

ADD: Wow what a difference sleep makes to humans. Last night when I first heard Taylor Swift in the commercial I thought it was great! Now that I've had some sleep, I can't watch her commercial anymore. I never have been a Taylor Swift fan, and last night I thought I took a 180. But I was wrong and she is still no good.

Wow, Taylor Swift sounds terrible! You can distinctly hear where they used sound editing software to maintain her tone. Yikes man, I thought she was a "good singer"?!

The Cobra thing was okay, but it was a little hokey for me since I know which "subway station" they used to shoot it...

Let's just pray Neil Patrick Harris reprises his 11 o'clock number at the VMA's!! Ha.
