I want to finally voice an opinion on this issue. =)

REALLY tired of the kiss being described as "gross"--I interpret that as either ageist or homophobic. If so, p*** off.

Madonna has done more for sexual equality than most anyone. Don't [some of] you remember when "virgin" was a naughty word??? Not to mention everything she has done since? She ROCKS. It was a HOT performance with some of the most amazing, kitchy (sp?) esque talent ever on the VMAs--EVER! It was fierce! It was (oh GOODNESS?) FUUUUNNNNNNN! (God forbid!)

And, Madonna is brilliant--you can try to disregard her talent--but she IS up there with The Beatles and Elvis--no question.

I for one would LOVE to see her in a new musical--because whatever you may say about her, she is amazing when live with music. Sure--not always on pitch. But she herself admitted that she is not the best dancer, singer, actor. She IS a great performer. And, I will take that passion over any bland whatever any day of the year. And, I respect her greatly for Evita--which I know many of you thought, "yeah Moulin Rouge gets the credit for reviving the musical film, but really Evita layed the groundwork".

Yes, this country SUCKS when it comes to homosexuality. They LOVE lesbian sex but hate gay male sex. Well, we just have to ride that ride to equality. And Madonna has been on that train--so let's cut her some slack. Love you all!

Mr Roxy, I'd forgotten those other weird names. What gets me about Beyonce is how it is pronounced to rhyme with Fiancee'. Perhaps they all need to go back to school and learn how to spell.

Beyonce is actually her mother's maiden name. I, for one, am all for interesting and unique names. Haha That's why god made us diffrent *Going to hold hands with my neighbor*

P.S. I think "bling-bling" is a great word. After all it's descriptive.
