it can only be an improvment on the tripe that was served up in the australian production....amaturish at best....be good to see the show with some star presence....the only redeming thing about the original australian production was the presence of a living theatrical legend in australia...miss jill perryman and the singer actress, chrissy amphlett who played judy garland....still, i got a good couple of hours sleep in!

boubil and schoenberg, whats next? hopefully .....NOTHING....talk about depressing shows....give me a hairspray or a producers anyday...if you are after musicals with a frech flavour try amour or les parapluie des cherbourg

i just bought it and i must say, i like it....good for putting on to do your house work to, its peppy and the ballads arent too miserable....the cast is fun and even bernadette peters isnt being too cupie doll....the orchestra is delish
