Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered was written by a man about a man.
Also, most of the songs from Naked Boys Singing are super gay.
"Sydney, You're Wonderful," "Dear Dorothy Dix" and "Without Him" from Only Heaven Knows. (Australian musical set in World War 2; obscure in the US. Possibly also obscure in Australia?)

'Not The Boy Next Door' from The Boy from Oz.
Well maybe it's not really about being gay, but just about being yourself and being unique.
Hitchhiking Across America by William Finn is one of my favorite songs I've ever gotten to sing.

One gay more,
Another day, that I spend on my knees,
This never ending road to Sodomy;
These men who loved me in my prime
Will surely come a second time,
One gay more...
Oasis Jeff, you are baaaad.
How about "I don't know how to love him" from JCS? That COULD work. Then there's "Gay Paree," wherever that came from. "What do the simple folk do?," from "Camelot," has a line about life's being "merry and gay," followed by "Hear Venus call, come one and all, and taste delight while you may." (That sure meant something different when I first heard it ). And how could I forget "You're a queer one, Julie Jordan?"
Almost any love song would work, as long it's in a singable key for a man and it doesn't wax romantic about his love interest's femininity. I'd definitely stay away from "I Am Woman, Hear me Roar." I think "Music of the Night" would work if you can sing it -- goodness knows that I can't, although some women can pull it off.
I guess the choice will come down to whether you're aiming for campy or serious -- personally, I like camp.
