Mamma Mia Tickets on Telecharge

I bought a ticket to see Mamma Mia this Saturday. My seat is in the front row center orchestra.

The code says it's not eligible for rows A-R center, but when I pressed to see the next best availability at the same show 2 times, it pulled up the row A ticket.

It also did this when I didn't enter the discount. The first time it showed me Orchestra Side M, seat 36. The second time it showed Orchestra Side N, seat 31. In my opinion, those are worse seats. I thought the Telecharge system is arranged so the best tickets they pull up are the one's closest to the stage and center, and from there they work their way back and then onto the sides. Why is it that it showed up like this, with and without the discount? Second, why did it show up with the discount period?

You're purchasing a 'single' ticket, so anything is applicable. The moment you ask for 2 tickets, everything changes, especially availability, etc. This is common knowledge.

I know I'm purchasing a single ticket. For what I was purchasing, it was giving me worse available "single" seats before it showed the better front row seat.

In my experience, a front row seat isn't necessarily better than one farther back - sometimes it can be too close; maybe Telecharge operates under that assumption.

That's what I thought. I don't think row M all the way on the side, though, is really better than front row. Oh well. At least I'm going to see a show.
