Yessir. The Int'l Tour of MAMMA MIA! is sung in English. Only sit-down productions are performed in that country's native language.

Hey, guys, I'm in Stockholm, and I'm staying at Benny Andersson's hotel, so this made me think of ABBA and "Mamma Mia!"
As of today, "Mamma Mia!" has sit-downs in:
Barcelona, Spain
Berlin, Germany (Closing 26 January 2009)
New York City, United States
Daegu, South Korea (JUST opened 21 November)
Las Vegas, United States (Closing 4 January 2009)
London, United Kingdom
Nagoya, Japan
Future Productions
Oslo, Norway - 2009 March
Netherlands Tour - 2009
International Tour Schedule
29 November - 7 December 2008 - Malmö, Sweden (I was just there in August)
17 December 2008-1 January 2009 - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
15 January-22 February 2009 - Vienna, Austria
26 February-15 March 2009 - Milan, Italy
25-29 March 2009 - Geneva, Switzerland
22 April-3 May 2009 -Trieste, Italy
6-10 May 2009 - Florence, Italy
20-22 May 2009 - Aalborg, Denmark
27-31 May 2009 - Copenhagen, Denmark (I was just there a week ago)
3-7 June 2009 - Odense, Denmark (LOVELY little city that I visited this August. I have some friend who live there, but I'm shocked that this tour is coming here. I thought they only had 1 VERY small venue. "Annie Get Your Gun" was being performed by a local Danish-language group when I was there)
US Tour Schedule
25-30 November 2008 - Kitchener, Ontario
2-7 December 2008 - New Haven, Connecticut
9-14 December 2008 - Rochester, New York
23-28 December 2008 - Ottawa, Ontario
30 December 2008 - 4 January 2009 - Providence, Rhode Island
6-11 January 2009 - Augusta, Georgia
13-18 January 2009 - Naples, Florida
20 January-1 February 2009 - Fort Lauderdale, Florida
3-8 February 2009 - Greensboro, North Carolina
10-15 February 2009 - Buffalo, New York
21-26 April 2009 - Tucson, Arizona
I find it very strange that the international tour is hopping from Malmö (less than 1 hour from Copenhagen) to Malaysia, and then coming back to Europe. It just seems strange that they would be playing Copenhagen after that.
See! I was right about a return to Copenhagen!
This international tour has played ALL over the world.
I won't be in any of the places where it's playing soon (well, at least for the tour. I will definitely be in New York, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Fort Lauderdale next year). However, I will be in Amsterdam in January, and I doubt that they are starting the Dutch tour that early, plus I will be in Fort Lauderdale this December and early January, so I will miss it. I might see this in Spain next year, but not London or New York. I've seen "Mamma Mia!" in New York twice, and also, I've seen it twice in London, and once in Moscow. I really don't need to see it again in English, but it'd be cool to see it in Spanish. I really should've seen the German production when I was in Berlin in August. I will be in Berlin next year, but after January.

Posted: 11/28/08 at 4:00pmWell, if I was going to travel to see a show, the LAST show I'd be travelling to see is Mamma Mia!

I wouldn't be travelling specifically to see "Mamma Mia!." However, If I am going to be there anyway, I don't see why I shouldn't see it.
Why don't you believe that I've been to these places? I posted a LOT when I was actually there (well, not Moscow), but for the other ones, yes.

Because you are obnoxious. I don't think it is an issue of people believing you...I think people are just indifferent...NO ONE CARES!
And, I'm one of those people who think, "If you are not interested in a thread, why click on it?" But when you post every 2.3 seconds about a production of Wicked in Barcelona or Phantom of the Opera in Taiwan, it is gets pretty annoying.

I follow the official "Mamma Mia!" website only.
I will be in New York in October, London in January, and Barcelona in April. I would never arrange to meet a BWW poster. Ever.
