I think some of those were improved. You could tell because for parts of it he was looking straight into the camera, then other times he was staring at the audience for awhile.

Marty's a pro. But I'd bet dollars to Krispy Kremes it was Bruce. I know my Brucey when I hear him.

If it was truly Bruce, then why weren't any of the other presenters that funny? Did he ONLY help write Martin's monologue?

Take one genius comedy writer and one gifted comedy pro and you get an excellent combo that comes off better than anybody else. For instance, the best writer in the world would come off sounding crappy if his work was delivered by Billy "Movin' All Over the Road" Joel.

I adore Nathan, but thought he did NOT come off nearly as well. His scripted shtick sucked. He would have been better off improvising.

I just realized that those Sarah-Nathan lines being scripted means that her thing with Hugh was definitely planned.

FF, no, I don't think Bruce wrote that. I think Hugh just has the improv for that part down and SJess did her SJess thing that she does so well.
