Though not my cup of tea, Marry Poppins is a good show, that everyone should see at least once, it's a classic! There are plenty of tricks and cute songs in this show to keep you entertained. As for rear balcony seating, I'm not too sure how that would work out. When I saw it I sat rear mezzanine and it wasn't too bad.

It's fine from the balcony. It's a huge show, so you'll a lot of the facial moments and super subtle stuff, but the sets are wondrous, and you'll get a great view of the full stage.

The show itself is definitely an evening. It runs a little long (close to 3 hours with intermission), and the focus is more focused on the Banks family than Mary herself, with a lot of unnecessary (boring) backstory to how Mrs. Banks wanted to be an actress before she settled for being a wife.

But the centerpiece numbers (Jolly Holiday, Spoon Full of Sugar, and especially Step in Time are really wonderful). Lots of fun surprises along the way. Definitely worth checking out, it'll make you feel like a little kid again.

Just FYI...I went this past Wednesday and got Box 3 for $31.50. The view was great, only missing a scant few moments of Mr. Banks in his office at home.

If you have a good Mrs. Banks, then the "Being Mrs. Banks" songs, though, are amazing. Blythe Wilson on the tour is incredible and I looked forward to hearing her sing them.

I personally think Mary Poppins is one of the shows that is better seen from up high. The set is a masterpiece in and of itself and you get a better feel for it from up high. That's just my opinion though! Enjoy the show!

Yep. Winifred Banks can be an amazing role if the person playing her actually knows more about acting than the basics. Kristin Carbone, longtime understudy for it in NY, puts in some great work, and her songs are more than just sung.

How to properly use its/it's: Its is the possessive. It's is the contraction for it is...
