Have 1 ticket available for sale for $160 ($100 below what I paid) for Center Orchestra Row G seat 111 on eBay. Tickets next to it are still available. Could remove the shipping charge if you can meet me the weekend of the play to pick up the ticket:

I have now lowered to the price to $150 because I don't think there is any way I can get back to my hotel, get ready, and eat lunch before the play after running the NYC 1/2 marathon. Would consider selling it for less to a student or teacher (with proof).

Are the tickets next to it that are available that expensive? Why wouldn't someone just buy those?

Yes. I don't need people on this forum to berate me for paying full value for a ticket. I'm not a seasoned broadway goer that knows all the ways of getting cheap tickets.
