I saw him 3 times in "Dorian". I really wish that show had gotten at least to off-Broadway.
I heard a while ago from someone I really trust that this was true, but I was hoping it wasn't. Now it's appearing even more so. Matt is a very talented and nice guy, but this is just not a good fit to me.
Just hearing what has been going on with the Anita and Maria auditions, it seems clear that they really weren't sure on what they wanted (regardless of what they said) and then when they cast Tony with someone definitely not just out of college, everything they said they wanted the show to be just went out the window.
