Who do you want to be cast in the musical film adaptation of Mean Girls? I want to see as much of the Broadway cast as possible.

Well, I’m pretty certain the entire reason for this film’s existence is so Tina Fey can make more money, and the Broadway cast are all pretty much unknowns outside of the theatre community, so I’m guessing none of them will be in this. Fey will probably try to star cast it as much as she possibly can.

What other reason is there to make a movie?
Maybe they’ll do what Ryan Murphy has done with THE PROM and star cast all the roles but make the lead an unknown. I know her name gets thrown around a lot but I’d like to see Dove Cameron in the film. I think she’d be a great Regina.
Ariana Grande as Karen.
Shawn Mendes as Aaron Samuels.
Camilla Cabello has that CINDERELLA movie coming out so if she turns out to be great in that I think we could see her in MEAN GIRLS.
There’s a young actress in the UK called Lucy Fallon who I think would make a great Gretchen.
I’d loooooove to see Tina Fey and Amy Pohler reprise their roles.

Considering her run in the broadway show has been cut short, I’d love if Sabrina Carpenter was Cady in the film.

Anna Kendrick still reads like a teenager on film right? I don't care who she plays.

Sabrina would make a great Cady in the film. I don't see anyone in the original cast returning unless they appear in the ensemble for the group numbers.
