For whatever reason the production was cancelled and the album was recalled."
Australia don't have much luck with Jekyll & Hyde as in 2015 another tour was announced with Teddy Tahu Rhodes as Jekyll/Hyde and Jemm

Yes, that's very true.
I can, however, allow for a bit of grace, and breathing room because of the fact that this was going to be performed by unpaid, non-professionals, as a student production, in an educational setting.
For me, that's a relevant distinction."

Beaches reviews Apr 28 2026, 10:38:51 AM

This. One million times over.
I adore Beaches. I adore musical theatre. I adore Jessica Vosk.
Do I want to see a Beaches musical featuring Jessica Vosk? Nahhhh.
It just doesn't scream out for a musical adaption. When there are so many amazing movies that

Valerie Cherish in CHICAGO (THE COMEBACK Season 3 Opener) Mar 24 2026, 07:51:26 AM
domdomdomdom said: "Is this what it's like at Chicago? Everyone (except the one guy) was so villainous to Val in the scene and it was supposed to be her first daymeeting them? They were all dripping with disgust. It was weird. I could only think there was more to the background of this scene and that it was Chicago specific. They could be frustrated with her, her cameras, etc but I've never seen theater people behave this way toward someone new."

When the tour came through chicago last spring my biggest takeaway was how dated the music already was. Like, there were several moments where I thought,“Pink Pony Club would slap for this scene.”"
I might be making this up but I’m certain Baz Luhrmann said s

New WICKED Cast Replacements this month and next? Jan 9 2026, 05:31:10 PM
Keri sounds sensational and got a huge response when she took over as Standby. My guess is she is taking over, and maybe Olivia as the new Standby?

Jonathan Bailey and Ariana Grande in SITPWG? Dec 16 2025, 06:49:21 AM
As exciting as this sort of rumour should be - I cringe at the audience behaviour this will attract, the circus her fans will turn this glorious show into, and, above all, the astronomical prices this show will demand.

Wicked Prequel or Sequel Next? Nov 25 2025, 02:01:38 PM
I could see a prequel featuring the Wizard’s arrival from the point of view of Princess Ozma and the coup that followed. Or even further back featuring a member of the Royal Family of Oz. I imagine they’ll want to avoid using any of the familiar characters as it’ll be hard to bring them back.
I’m a huge Oz fan so would love to see more projects set in Oz.

Good for Bob! Not sure this solves the million a month they are losing presently. Investors are being very patient about watching the losses pile up and their profits disappear."
He won't move the needle at all. This show prints money on tour so closing up in January after 6.5 years in New Yorkis completely respectable."
When are people going to understand just how loyal and willing to spend money Drag Race fans are? Look at what Jinkx did for Little Shop and Chicago, and Bob is, arguably, better known by the general public after appearing on We're Here and The Traitors and writing a NYT Bestseller than Jinkx was. This will absolutely help sales, especially in the terrible winter months."
THIS.
I'm a gay with a comfortable salary and there are few drag race alumni who could get me in a theatre. Jinx is one of them, and Bob another. Bianca would be the third...and then that's about it.
Bob is going to generate a respectable income for the production.
