She's out. She broke her ankle over the weekend, they are currently looking for a replacement.

I was almost as excited about seeing her as I am about seeing Sean Hayes (Ms.Krakowski is in a completely different level on her own).
I hope they get a name to replace her, she was just such ideal casting for Gloria though. What a shame.
