You can easily drop it off and give it to the stage door manager. Put the photo inside a large envelope with her name on it and a note inside with your message for her to sign it and you'll pick it up later. The stage door manager will gladly give her your envelope and just stop by a few days later to pick it up. They are very organized so it won't get lost.

Alternatively, you could provide a stamped/addressed envelope and then not worry about when to stop by to collect.

Dropping it off and picking it up also streamlines the process for them (they don't have to mail it) and eliminates the possibility of it getting lost or damaged in the mail.

I can't speak for her, but the easier you make it for them to do, the more likely they are to comply.
