Michael Friedman to lead Encores! Off-Center

Friedman will succede Jeanine Tesori in the Off-Center program. I'm a big BBAJ fan and The Civilians, but I don't know much about Friedman. Any thoughts about him taking on the job or shows he should bring in?

I love his work! Not sure he has any shows that could be produced by Encores a la Violet. But I enjoy his songs.
