I'm going to NY on Sunday and am wondering if anyone knows when the Millie leads arrive at the theatre for the 3PM performance.

Assuming your intentions are to talk to them, I would suggest waiting until after the performance. Many times performers don't have time to stop and chat before call time.

For a 2pm curtain last week, Dixie Carter arrived at about 12:45 and Susan Egan came at 1:15. Both were rushing but were gracious and took pictures. :)

I'm seeing the 3 pm matinee on Sunday. The group I'm going with will be leaving right after the show so there will not be time to stand at the stage door afterwards. Since it's a 3 pm show, would Dixie Carter be arriving around 1:45? Thanks!

Don't know. sorry. Maybe she has different things to do before a performance and gets there at different times each day.

Did anyone read what Craig wrote?
For those of you that have "desk jobs", this will make more sense. Let's say it's Monday morning and you have an important 9 AM meeting which you are leading. You get stuck in traffic and you still have to print the agenda. You don't have time to shoot the **** with the receptionist when you walk in the door. Get it now??????????

A lot of people on this board (check the threads) have said that they have met the stars as they are going in to a performance. The only reason I am wondering is because I will not be able to stand at the stage door after the performance. It was an innocent question. I understand the stars are busy and have a performance to do but if a star like Bernadette Peters can do it, so can the stars of Millie. It's not as if this is the first time a question like this was raised.

kayeleric-

Don't worry about the more hasty people on this board. Not all of them are like this.

Anyways, I went to a 3pm performance several weeks ago, and Susan arrived about 1:30. When I saw CABARET she also arrived an hour-and-half before the show as well. That should be an indication.

Good luck!
