just what a producer told me. She might do the national tour as well.

Ringwald is a much better choice. But do people buy tickets based on her name anymore?

Heh, I wonder what would happen if she did. Would that mean Raúl Esparza would replace Denis O'Hare?!

Well...I suppose Ringwald is a better choice than Griffith. Does she have a dance background? If so, I say fine.

I'm still hoping for Paige Davis, though.

Have they been pursuing Paige? Or is that just wishful thinking. I think she'd be wonderful, but I wonder if they've even approached her.

I've only seen Paige discussed as a replacement here on these BBW pages.

So...hopeful thinking on my part!

and...I forgot, Molly was in Cabaret.

Which was it? The producer or the conductor? I can't imagine Barry or Franny dispensing with such information....

ok...this is it...a conductor told me that the producers are talking to Molly. That's it. She hasn't signed anything as far as i know. But it is a posibility.
