HOLY CRAP!

The new trailer is coming any day now with a nice clip of it and lots more singing/dancing. Apparently, it's different from the one I've seen as well so I'll be sure to post as soon as I see it show up online because I now have a vested interest in it.

And, Harvey, PLEASE let Rob keep "Only With You" and the "Simple" section. PLEASE! That's the reason for the hold up on the new trailer, I have heard.

Great photos!

Marion Cotillard is stunning. "Audrey Hepburn" stunning.

And Sophia Loren is a goddess.

These production stills look terrific. I think Daniel looks a little old, but he also looks sexy as hell. Modify a few lyrics referencing a specific age, and it won't make a bit of difference. He looks right for the character. So age-shmage. He can easily be going through his "midlife crisis" at 50, as opposed to 40. It would make sense that Guido would put that off as long as possible anyway.

Nicole is looking a little old here, too, but also looks beautiful.

Even with all the slashing and condensing of the script and score, this movie still has me very excited to see it.

Bring it!!!

I know there are a lot of people worried about how this film will turn out, but we KNOW that the film will be a visual awe.

pgenre: how do you know all of this information???? ive been reading all of your posts about the film and youre getting me even more excited then i already am!

i have a lot of faith in this film. rob marshall proves he knows what he's doing after chicago, so lets pray theres no mis-steps with this film! i cant wait to see it! does anyone know its release date nationwide? is it still christmas day? such a shame if so i was looking so forward to nov. 25 being the release date.

matineeidol, I got to see some of the new trailer months ago, almost by luck, and have heard a few clips of the new songs, and I could not be more impressed. I just wish to share the excitement I have and hopefully you (all) will have when you are exposed to that stuff and, of course, the finished film...

... to think that thousands of people have already seen the final film in the many test screenings, that version which will inevitably be the Director's Cut given the trims Rob is making, and we delight over a mere taste... I'm very jealous...

Lots to look forward to, whatever the case may be! A cast like this doesn't come along very often, let alone for a big-budget musical of an adult nature.
