Does one exist? Does anyone think these crazy prices for the show might actually land somewhere in the realm of normal? Any info would be appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge, there have not been any discounts for Moulin Rouge. It seems to be selling quite well at their given prices, so I wouldn't expect any sort of discounts to head out anytime soon.
We can hope.
