Multi-set plays?

I'm doing a project, and I need to pick a play (or a musical) that has 3-5 different sets. Something sort of realistic that would require architecture would be good, like "The Importance of Being Earnest". Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

All Chekhov's plays - Uncle Vanya, Cherry Orchard, Three Sisters, The Seagull - have at least three sets - usually one exterior and a couple of interiors.

Angels in America requires too many fast changes, and sets to be a doable project, IMO. I know, I've tried, and nearly killed myself.

Why not something like Sound of Music or Annie?

ALW's "Woman in White"

Everything from a train station, to a large mansion (both inside & out), a chapel, London, an Asylum, .. amongst other places. Also have to be able to pull off the ending/death of Glyde (which I will leave unspoiled!).

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist. Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino. This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more. Tazber's: Reply to Is Stephen Schwartz a Practicing Christian

Marisol, by Jose Rivera. I know several design professors who use that play as classroom project.

Shakespeare is also good to use for theoretical/classroom projects as there are multiple ways to go with any design concept.

Sorkin's A Few Good Men.
You go from DC for the courtroom scenes, to Cuba for the Gitmo scenes, plus there are scenes in Kaffee's apartment. Also there are flashback moments in Barracks and other quick scenes in the Brig where they hold the defendants.
Other than that, did you enjoy the play Mrs Lincoln?

The original poster stated, "I'm doing a project, and I need to pick a play (or a musical)..."

I am trying to think of some and will post as soon as I do.
