Funny you should mention this, a friend of mine and I have been coming with ALL-Muppet casts for musical theater. We're thinking that if the Avenue Q writers were even able to propose "Kermit, Prince of Denmark," whose title alone speaks volumes, a TV series called "The Muppets Take Broadway" where they do two musicals a week wouldn't be bad.
I'll check with him re the Les Mis cast we came up with.

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

I agree with most of your choices adamgreer. Here are the changes I would make:
Javert- Fozzie
Marius- Gonzo
Enjolras- Rizzo
Gavroche- Bean
I also think that Eponine should be the human. That way Cosette can be played by Camilla the Chicken.

I just don't see Fozzy playing a dramatic role. Everything he has been in he has always been the funny one. I can easilly see him as Thenardier.
