Music Man prices after previews

I've been watching Stub Hub ticket prices as I gear up for a trip on Feb.18. I'm seeing that the price is huge on the official opening date (Feb. 10,) and then after that prices continue to be higher than during previews. I'm wondering if these prices will come down any when the date gets a little closer, or if they will stay high. Do you think people will pay more for tickets once it is not in previews any more?

I think ticket prices will remain high probably until the end of the year at least.

StubHub ticket prices drop the day of the performance, not in advance. The day of a performance you can find amazing seat locations at around $130-$150. Those same tickets are priced 3-4 times higher in advance.

I have been watching prices trying to get 6 tickets under $200 each for the weekend before you and succeeded yesterday (4 in Row B of the Mezzanine and 2 in Row C). If you look at tonight, you will see a lot of empty seats at all price ranges Some are returns from regular folks but my guess is most are resellers returning tickets they couldn't make a profit on within the 48 hour window allowed for returns right now. When that happens, the producers appear to be keeping the pricing the same so as to not "devalue" the tickets except premium seats will slowly go down to regularly pricing. Just keep refreshing for returns.
