Howard McGillin (IMO, one of the greatest voices on Broadway)
Hugh Panaro (Haven't met him yet, but he's very talented & sounds like a real nice guy)
Jim Stanek (basically the grown-up version of me: a Broadway actor & Star Wars geek)
John Barrowman (another great voice)
Lea Salonga (Woohoo for Asians on Broadway!)
Matthew Broderick (I'd love to play some of his roles)
Michael Ball (another fantastic voice)
Roger Bart (loved him in The Producers)
John Owen-Jones (My favourite London Phantom)
Michael Crawford (the creator of my favourite musical theatre role)
Hugh Jackman (a great, talented leading man for both the stage & screen)

There are actually many more people, but they're who come to mind. There the type of people where I hear them sing and I just think "Wow. I really wish I could do that!" :)

Patti freaking LuPone.
Judy Garland.
And while he's not technically musical, Joe Mantello is my favorite person on Broadway. Anyone that can both play Louis in Angels in America AND direct shows like Assassins and Wicked is obviously the most incredible human being ever to live.

Raul Esparza.
And, for the hell of it, Liza Minnelli.
