I saw Beauty and the Beast when I was four or five. I don't really remember much, only that the loud noises scared me.

when I was about 8 or 9 my mother took me to see a tour of The Secret Garden in Wilmington, NC. I think she knew someone on the tour, because we came in through the backstage area, talked to a few people, and were then led to our (front row? maybe?) mezz seats. the only thing I remember is that there was a dollhouse prop that I wanted to take home with me. I don't remember ANYthing else. I wish I could - Secret Garden is now one of my favorites!

42nd Street was my second Broadway show and I dont really remember anything except there was a lot of dancing. I remember Annie Get Your Gun which I saw a year before that, but that might be because it was my first Broadway show. Maybe a long time from now it will come back to Broadway and I can see it again since its the only one I saw that I didnt remember.


Remember when drama was only on the stage?
