So Playbill.com has recently updated their list of upcoming Broadway shows which included a fair amount of ones that are currently in the works right now. http://www.playbill.com/celebritybuzz/article/80060-Schedule-of-Upcoming-Broadway-Shows
New Musicals:
Allegiance
An American in Paris
Betty Boop
The Bodyguard
Diner
Ever After
Flashdance
Honeymoon in Vegas
Houdini
The Last Goodbye
Rebecca
Revivals:
Dames at Sea
My Fair Lady
On the Town
*Kind of surprised that the list didn't mention Mean Girls, Finding Neverland, Hello Dolly! nor Hunchback of Notre Dame.
I'm here to ask you guys that out of all the musicals (and revivals) in development right now, which of the following are you rooting for the most?

Probably the ones I'm rooting for the most are Allegiance, Houdini, and Dames at Sea. Allegiance because it appears to be a powerful story and one that needs to be told. Houdini I'm rooting for less now that Jackman is out, but I'm still excited for a new Schwartz score. Dames at Sea because Laura Osnes and Rachel York are awesome!
Honeymoon in Vegas for sure, Diner as well.
American in Paris (depending on which dancers are attached)
Revivals - only Dames at Sea really holds any interest for me. I could happily live my life without ever seeing MFL again.

Mean Girls sounded intriguing-
Hoping to see Ever After and Honeynoon in Vegas soon
Any word on Finding Neverland or Charlie and Chocolate Factory making their way here?

You're comparing apples (anticipated productions) and oranges (properties in development).
Your list of properties "in development" would be hundreds of pages long. Practically never-ending. That is NOT what Playbill's list is. This list is discussing musicals they anticipate coming to physical fruition in the near future.
ETA: So, for example, the musical version of Mean Girls would be a property in development. Not a musical anticipated on receiving a physical production anytime soon. That is why they are not on the list.

What about Stings New musical The Last Ship?
Many, many are left off.
COAL MINER'S DAUGHTER
THE FATHER OF THE BRIDE
WAITRESS
And those are the ones that just came to me immediately.
So, ya'll just forgot about The Princess Bride & The Muppet's...

But if I read the OP correctly, that list is of properties that are soon receiving a full treatment (Broadway production). Not of properties that are "in development."
That is why 'many, many are left off' and 'ya'll just forgot about The Princess Bridge & The Muppet's.'
Most of the ones on the thread have announced they are opening sometime soon.
And while we're at it, can someone contact Playbill and get Rebecca off that list? You know and I know that it ain't never gonna happen no matter how hard Ben Sprecher tries to fill the escrow account.
