Do Lauren Ambrose, Henry Hadden-Paton, Norbert, and Diana Rigg sign at the stage door? Thanks in advance! Also, could you mention if you saw the show in previews or more recently? Sometimes actors do it in previews then stop or vice versa.
I saw Sunday matinee on previews (no evening show that day). Everyone came out, signed and posed for photos with those who asked.
Anybody been lately? how's it been? I wont be seeing the show till August, but was curious how it's been lately. Does Ms. Rigg come out?

I went in May post-Tony nominations and everyone signed/took photos!
BUMP.
Anybody been recently, i am seeing the show the second week of August and was curious how the stage door has been and who all is coming out. I am especially curious if Dame Rigg has been coming out or not and if she is posing or just signing.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
I saw it on Friday, June 22nd. I think there was a small group of special guests (they were let in through the stage door) for a backstage after show meet and greet. So that delayed things, but Butz, Norbert, and Hadden-Paton all came out and signed. Rigg actually came out first but was with company and didn’t look in our direction as she walked past. Ambrose did not come out. It was one of the smallest stage door crowds I’ve seen.

Saw it on Saturday July 14
By midnight everybody came out except Lauren.
We left at midnight
Diana Rigg was kind enough to sign programs and take photos
My partner even gave her a hug.
She did say that she no longer signs photographs which was disappointing for me as I had brought a photo of her when yes she was young. I do understand her reluctance to sign photos of her when she was young.

And yes except for Lauren who hadn’t come out by midnight everybody else signed and posed for photos

Saturday nights are probably not good nights to see Lauren. Since she has an alternate for Sundays, she is likely leaving the theater as soon as possible after saturday night shows in order to get to her family. There are other exits, and she was probably long gone by the time you left at midnight.

I went on Wednesday July 4th and all four leads came out and signed and took pictures. Diana Rigg didn't go all the way down the line, so if you want her you kinda have to go up to her. Lauren Ambrose came out around 11:45 that night and she was very nice.

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows if the cast would come out the stage door to sign between shows? I am looking to see the show on a Saturday and was wondering if anyone would sign after the matinee. Thanks in advance for any info!

Not sure if their habits have changed since I went in May, but both leads came out and signed after the Saturday matinee, plus some ensemble members. I saw Allan Corduner and Norbert Leo Butz too, but they were with people and just went on their way.

I went to see rhe show on July 26th and everyone came out to sign except for Lauren and Diana Riggs.
Did Stage door tonight. Dame Rigg was the first of the Principles out. She signed and posed with all who asked and was very nice. I don't know who else cane out because I left after meeting her. Lol. Stage door crowd was only like 4 or 5 people.
Any recent updates to this? We are seeing it Friday night (1/4) and my daughter wants to do the stage door. Thanks in advance.
In case you’re unaware, Laura Benanti does not stage door. She announced this before she started her run. Anything you’d like sign, leave at the stage door before a performance and pick it up afterwards.
She has a weak immune system and is the mother of a toddler so she makes every effort possible to keep herself healthy.
I have an apple from "Gypsy" (2008) signed by Patti LuPone that I would love Laura to sign. Does anyone who has left things for Laura at the stage door know if I'd get it back if I left it? It's my favorite piece of theater memorabilia and I'd be devastated if I lost it trying to get it signed. Thanks!
I would ask the person inside the stagedoor who you intend on handing the apple to. Ask them how safe it is, etc. Personnel there is very organized so nothing gets lost but still ask. Laura does sign everything (she’s extremely fan friendly) so just make sure you pick it up promptly and not days later. Also, hand it in a nice sturdy small bag so it’s identifiable rather than just hand over the apple unprotected.
