Anna Wintour at the Lost Boys this past Wednesday night.Sat next to Jesse Tyler Ferguson at Marjorie Prime.When I went to the post-pandemic reopening performance of The Lion King I sat across the aisle from Gloria Steinem. Kristin Chenoweth was also there.When I saw Merrily We Roll Along downtown I was standing near the box office waiting for my friend and I had the thought, "That lady kind of looks like Margo Martindale". And then I heard her pick up tickets for Margo Martindale. Oh.

Orchestra B5 and B7 for Oedipus last night. Incredible seats.

At Death Becomes Her on Wednesday night I got rear mezz C128 on the righthand-side aisle. I'm used to sitting closer with TDF but the view was perfectly fine for this show.

Sweeney Todd tonight - front mezz, row C, seat 12. Perfect seat and Nicholas Christopher was phenomenal.

Saw Hadestown last night in one of the best TDF seats I've ever gotten - orchestra E 101. Third row on the aisle right next to where Reeve Carney runs by in act 2.

The immersive Great Gatsby show is up for pretty much every performance over the next week. $36.

Never at a Broadway show.Twice at Lincoln Center actually - I walked out of Notre Dame de Paris when it was there last year, and also the NY Philharmonic this spring (I was tired, they had already done the Brahms piece I was looking forward to, and it was a paper ticket anyway).Also, randomly, the operetta The Duchess of Chicago when I was visiting Budapest.

I did. I ended up front and center through TDF which was a little uncomfortable at times but it made it all the more real. Really impactful piece, I wish more theatre was as naturalistic as that.

Tonight I saw LOVE at the Park Avenue Armory and my seat was Floor 6 - i.e. literally onstage, front and center in front of the actors. One of them took my hand.
