But does Miss Piggy have the operatic range that the role requires? Hmmm...we'd have to wait and see. But Kermit as Elphaba? His Defying Gravity would be kick-ass! It would be interesting to see what Gonzo could do with the paper-thin character of Fiyero...

i think Joyce from Animal's band would make a better Nessarose, but that's nit-picking.

You're right, the visual is better. i was thinking of Joyce's line readings. Perhaps it could be BIG RIVER revival style, with Rizzo acting and Joyce providing the voice.

or they could just be audience members, like always
