I'm looking at seats for N2n and am finding
Center Orch row BB Visual impair 105-106
These seem like good seats since its 2nd row center but what does the Visual impair mean?
Would I still be able to buy those seats even tho I am not visual impaired or do they save them for people who are visual impaired?
Sorry if that ? is confusing
I've never seen that before, so I can't really help...but perhaps a quick call to Telecharge themselves would clear it up.
My gut instinct is to agree with you, but if so, it's a poor choice of words. Usually they refer to that situation as 'partial view'.

According the box office, the 4 seats in the center of the 2nd row are reserved for visually impaired patrons. Very often, I have seen those seats empty/unsold (until someone moves in at intermission). I don't know what date you are looking for, but perhaps the visually impaired seats get released if no one buys them... similar to house seats.

I noticed those seats were always open so I requested them at the box office (several weeks in advance of a performance) and was told they couldn't be sold to me because they are for the visually impaired. A friend was once able to buy one online through telecharge with a discount code the day of the performance.
^ I believe I am the friend referenced by TJ2.
I got those seats online one Sunday afternoon about 2 hours before the performance. The tickets said "VIS IMP" on them, and what TJ2 said is correct- they're for potentially visually impaired patrons. At some point, they obviously get released for general sale, however, since I was able to get one.

I'm looking again on Telecharge to try to buy those seats now b/c I know I can go and they aren't coming up. Anyone know a way to find out if they have been sold thru TC? I called them and they said they are on the same system as me as in they keep hitting next set of seats 2.
If they aren't sold is their a way to request them?
Not trying to be nasty, but if they were there and now they aren't one of two things happened:
1. They were purchased
2. They weren't suppose to be released and they have fixed it.
If you can't access them and TC can't access them the only other option I can think of is to visit the box office in person.
